Some things pile up when the internet goes down for four days. (Well, golly gee, Mercury retrograde spares no one these days. . . that ever happen to you?)

Of all the things that were put on “Pause” when the WiFi stopped working, this is the one I most wanted to share with you.

A little while back, Elisa Boogaerts had me on her Authentically Elisa podcast for an episode called Coaches in the Spotlight — and I wasn’t there alone. She had two of us in the conversation: me and my fellow coach Stacy Braiuca. Two very different practitioners, one honest discussion about what it actually means to do this work with integrity.

We got into the real stuff — what it means to build something on your own values instead of borrowing someone else’s playbook, and what it quietly costs you when you don’t. Stacy brought her own angle to it, and the two perspectives together made the whole thing richer than either of us would have been solo. That’s the part I didn’t expect: how much more there is to say when someone else is in the room thinking out loud alongside you.
